Do you offer volume discounts?
Sure! We offer up to 20% volume discounts. Please check the buy page for the complete list of prices.
Can I run Syncro SVN Client on different operating systems with the same
license?
Yes. The Syncro SVN Client license is "Named User"-based (see paragraph 1.c from EULA)
not computer-based so one purchased license entitles the named user to install and use
the Syncro SVN Client on any platform (Mac OS X, Windows, UNIX/Linux) with Java 1.5 or above
installed as long as the named user will use that license (see paragraph 2.3 from
EULA).
Our company bought a total of 3 licenses and two of the licenses need to be
transferred. Please let me know how to go about the process.
If you want to transfer two of the licenses to another company, that is not
allowed under EULA (the license is non-transferable see
points 2.2 and 3.1). If you want to transfer a license between two employees belonging
to your company that is allowed. The Syncro SVN Client license is based on a Named User
concept and you should keep an internal evidence of what current Named Users are. And
of course, the previous Named User must uninstall and cease to use the
Syncro SVN Client.
How to Order
Will my order be secure?
Yes! We are using Avangate for our online ordering system. The Avangate order
process is protected via a secure connection so that the data sent to the recipient
can only be read by the recipient. Important information such as credit card numbers,
addresses, etc. is sent to the recipient securely via the Internet.
Are there any additional fees?
Orders for the European Union customers are subject to VAT. VAT is due if a
private customer in the EU purchases an electronically-delivered product from a
publisher located outside the EU. The VAT rate is dependent on the location of the
customer. Corporate customers who specify a valid VAT ID number in the ordering
process do not pay any VAT.
Are previous versions of Syncro SVN Client still available for purchase?
Previous versions of Syncro SVN Client are not available for purchase once the newest
release becomes publicly available.
Evaluation
When does the evaluation period start?
The evaluation period starts from the time when your license is automatically
generated at your request.
Is the evaluation software limited in functionality?
No, the evaluation license allows you to use all the functionality of the
software.
My evaluation license has expired. May I get an extension of the trial
period?
Sure. Send us an email at and we'll
extend your evaluation period.
Upgrades
How to upgrade my license to the latest version of Syncro SVN Client?
You have to purchase an upgrade license. One upgrade license covers one license
of Syncro SVN Client
Software Delivery
How will I receive my product?
The software delivery is electronic only. There will be no actual shipment of a
physical product. You can download the software at any time from our download page and the license key will be sent to you by
email.
Is there a printed manual available?
No. Syncro SVN Client includes full documentation as an integrated online help file.

My computer crashed. How can I get the software and my license?
The latest software kits may be downloaded from our download page. You may request your permanent license sending us an email at
