One of the main features of any version control system is to keep track of who changed
what and when. Annotating a file content is just the tool for this: invoked on individual
files, it shows not only the history of changesets that affected the file, but also
exactly which user wrote or modified which line of code and when.
Each line of text is annotated with the author (username) and the revision number for
the last change to that line.
